About Our Practice
The foundation of our practice combines the physical practice with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these Elements in your personal health and wellbeing.
When are so excited to be open and practicing with you again. Our classes will remain at a smaller size for a while longer. We will allow 7 - 15 students in each class. This number depends on the type of class and the props involved.
If you are not comfortable with taking a class in the studio we have a few guided meditations for you on this page and virtual classes, on YouTube, and Facebook . We care deeply for the practice of yoga, all of our yoga students and for this community. If you have any questions please reach out to us.
Meditation isn't about complete, motionless stillness. It can be found in movement and anywhere. Find what reignites the flame in you and go do it often; as that very inward fire is exactly what will expand, open, and lead you to everywhere and everything that's possible in this life. Forget anything fancy, complicated or expensive in order to find peace- simple serenity to stir the spark in any way, shape or form is all you've needed all along.
