We have fabulous massage therapists at ElemenTree Yoga studio.
We also have ladies that do Reiki, psychic readings and we have a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist.
The healing power of Reiki is weaved into all massages with Willow. She only offers 60 minute sessions.
Reiki can help the body relax at a very deep level allowing the massage to have an even greater impact on the physical body. Some of the benefits of Reiki include; strengthen the mind, balance the energy centers, boost the immune system and reduce pain. Most sessions are 30 minutes massage and 30 minutes of Reiki. Kaylen tailors each massage to the unique individual that she is working with. She has a gift for finding the right balance between nurturing her clients and getting all of their aches and pains out. Kaylen offers 60 minute and 90 minute massages.

Patricia has been a massage therapist since 1997 and is Nationally Certified in Massage Therapy and Bodywork. Patricia went to school at the Chicago School of Massage Therapy and has had continuing education with John Barnes, Bob King, Marty Klein and Deepak Chopra. She offers 60 or 90 minute massages. Nikki Bloodworth, MS, RDN, LD, IBCLC
Nikki is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and Registered Yoga Teacher. She would like to offer her services and abilities as a dietitian through nutrition education and workshops, nutrition and wellness counseling/consults (for individuals or families), nutrition goal setting (weight loss, muscle gain, or improved health) and counseling, and lactation consulting for all seeking guidance and support in eating well for YOUR body and the bodies within your family. She has experience with nutrition counseling and education from birth through the life cycles as her 7 year career has allowed her to span from pregnancy and birth through chronic disease states. She spent 5 and 1/2 years working with a focus on nutrition and wellness in young children (from birth until 18 years), which is when she gained experience and knowledge in working with breastfeeding women and became a Lactation Consultant. She is a major believer in the benefits of baby-led weaning and allowing children to be mindful eaters by following their natural instincts. Mindful eating is a practice she also carries into working with adults as it benefits everyone to reconnect with our awareness and instincts. She is a Mindful and Instinctive Eating Practitioner and focuses on weight inclusive nutrition - good nutrition for everyone regardless of body size.
She graduated from the University of Arkansas and completed her internship through Cedar Crest College before becoming a registered dietitian in 2012. She has since gained her Master’s in Human Nutrition with course work focusing on sports nutrition, vegan and vegetarian lifestyles, and pediatric nutrition. Nikki has a deep passion for nutrition and educating others on the benefits of food as medicine and eating well for improved health and well being.
