Classes we Offer

All of the classes at ElemenTree Yoga are sorted into one of the five elements described in the Vedas. The five elements -  Earth, Air Water, Fire and Ether are collections of qualities that together form the building blocks of nature.  Most all of our classes attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

We offer group classes throughout the day to accommodate your busy schedule. Your mental and physical health is our top priority; see how we can help you make the most out of your time.

Fire

 

The Fire Element is about creation, motivation and transformation. Most of our Fire classes are taught in a heated room. These classes will help you to burn toxins and release what is no longer serving you.
Fire classes include: Shanti Hot Flow, Hot Power Flow, Slow Burn, Warm Yoga (in the little studio so there is no infrared heat) and HIIT and Grounding which is not a heated class. 

 

Water

Water classes invite a creative and fluid movement in the body and the breath. Water is the protector of the body, so by strengthening and lengthening muscles the body moves with more fluidity. These flow classes center around control and precision, with a diversity of poses and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced.
Water classes include: Playful Flow, Flow and Grounding, Vinyasa Flow, Reset and Refresh, Zen Flow, Yoga for teens, Energize Yoga, Deep Stretch and the Mixed Level Practice.

Earth

Earth classes hold many aspects of the element itself. They are nurturing, grounding, and strengthen the foundation of one’s yoga practice, which allows for growth in all areas. The deeper your roots, the greater the expansion.
Earth Classes include: Starting From Seed, Beginners Yoga, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Earth Mamma or Pre-Natal yoga , Sunset Restorative, Family Yoga and Gentle Yoga.

 

 

Air

Air is a dynamic element that is associated with the breath. Air classes help to create space in the body, strengthen the mind and encourage deep refreshing breaths.
Air Classes include: Yoga Nidra  Anahata, Gratitude Yoga, Be still and Breathe and Gratitude Yoga.
